What is Erasmus+
ERASMUS+ is the European Union Programme in the fields of Education, Training, Youth and Sport for the period 2021-2027.

- Promote mobility both for non-formal and informal learning, active participation of young people, collaboration, quality, inclusion, creativity and innovation at the level of youth organisations and policies.
- Promote learning mobility of sports staff and collaboration, quality, inclusion, creativity and innovation at the level of sports organisations and policies.
Within Key Action 1 on individual learning mobility, ERASMUS+ aims to encourage the mobility of students, staff, youth workers and young people. Organisations may plan to send students and staff to other participating countries or host students and staff from other countries. They can also organize educational, training and volunteering activities.
Through the ERASMUS+ Mobility Programme, students and recent graduates can improve their learning performance, strengthen employability and improve career prospects, increase empowerment, self-confidence and more active participation in society on the other hand, and improve awareness of the European project and EU values.
For teaching and administrative staff, the Program offers the opportunity to improve or enhance the learning and teaching methods to be offered in the courses of study and to diversify and update their skills.
More details on the opportunities offered by ERASMUS+ can be found on the official website of the Programme.
